As we expand our digital ecosystem, we are looking for a
Technical Support Specialist who will support our internal teams, partners, and clients in working with our systems, tools, and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line and second-line technical support for internal teams and B2B partners.
- Troubleshoot issues related to software tools, integrations, APIs, and internal platforms.
- Work closely with the product, engineering, and operations teams to escalate and resolve technical problems.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and provide product training for new users.
- Document common issues, solutions, and internal support procedures.
- Monitor system performance, track bugs, and communicate status updates.
- Ensure a high level of user satisfaction and timely response to technical requests.
RequirementsHard Skills- 1.5–3+ years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, SaaS support, or QA.
- Strong understanding of software systems, integrations, and APIs.
- Experience working with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, or similar — a strong advantage.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.
- Experience supporting SaaS tools or digital platforms is preferred.
Soft Skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- High level of responsibility, patience, and service orientation.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
Languages- English — Upper-Intermediate or Fluent (required).
